Absolutely delicious. Felt like eating a family-cooked meal with fresh, clean ingredients. The Duck Confit and Vegetable Risotto were superb. Can't wait to go back!

The owner's an engaging Frenchman and his kitchen produces first-rate food. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed!

We’ve ordered takeout several times from Rosemary Bistro Cafe. Honestly have been blown away. All the meals have been delicious. A touch of Paris on Connecticut Avenue!

Rosemary is a new restaurant on Upper Connecticut in DC. Wonderful mostly French food, attentive staff, pleasant outdoor seating. Deserves our support.

Restaurant opened a couple of months ago. We've been there twice, plus once for takeout. Great food, friendly service. Will return.

Nice outdoor seating, but everything was average. Got the burger which was small for $23. The full breakfast said scrambled eggs and came out sunny side. Nothing was bad, but nothing was amazing either. Service made me go from 3 stars to 4 stars (waitress was good).

Cocktails were undrinkable - 90% alcohol. We reluctantly had to send them back, something that we've never done before. This was met with some confusion by the owner, asking us if we had ever drank cocktails before... Mussels were dry and cold. Probably cooked hours, if not a day before, and reheated in a rush. The rosemary burger was nice enough - the filet mignon was tender, but overpowered by the truffle mayo. I think the restaurant has some potential, and the area is craving for a nice bistro. But the food does need some serious improvement.

A beautiful presentation kids love it. It tastes as good as it looks!

Plenty of outside seating. Good social distancing and safety measures. We ordered salmon tartare avocado toast and pork dumplings. A cup of cappuccino. Everything was delicious. Will be back.
